As we were the first International estate agents in Akbuk and the registered trademark holders for Akbuk, we have seen the property prices, especially properties in Akbuk rise by over 200% in the last 4 years. An older resale villa bought 4 years ago for around £19,000 will now fetch prices in excess of £45,000. Also as the market became popular with overseas buyers, development companies began to construct luxury projects with onsite facilities which were not available before. It would be very difficult now to find a new semi detached villa priced below £55,000 with many priced in excess of £75,000.
